Operating stances
- Balanced keeps revenue, demand, cost and wear close to their normal values.
- Growth pushes demand and revenue harder but increases cost and fleet wear.
- Reliability reduces wear and protects service quality at the expense of some demand and additional cost.
Operator tip
Change stance to solve a company-wide priority, not to compensate for one badly designed route.
Today’s operating standard
The simulation assesses a daily operating standard after the final scheduled arrival. By default it requires at least six assessed workings, 92% delivery, 82% punctuality and non-negative operating profit. These thresholds are deployment configuration rather than player controls.
Meeting every condition awards a one-time cash and reputation reward for that day. The award is recorded in the finance ledger and event feed, so it cannot be paid twice.

- 4Check the next progression threshold.
- 5Open a connected route that the current fleet and depots can support.
