Canary Wharf: No Step Free Access - Step free access is not available between North Colonnade / the station concourse and DLR platforms 4 and 5 due to a faulty lift. For trains towards Bank, step free access is available using the lift between Cabot Place West Mall and platform 6. For trains towards Stratford, use lift B to platforms 2 and 3.
