Small Group Day offers groups of 3 to 9 people travelling together a 20% discount on Standard Day Returns.
Small Group Day tickets are available on all routes priced by Transport for Wales and are the TfW Group product equivalent to Groupsave. They can be used on other operators' services as listed below.
Valid within the Transport for Wales network where a Standard Day Return is available Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Valid for journeys 09:30-15:59 and from 18:30 M-F
Valid within the Transport for Wales network where a Standard Day Return is available Monday to Friday, all day Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Not valid for journeys starting 16:00-18:29 M-F
This ticket can be purchased in advance or immediately before travel.
You may change your travel plans at any time within the validity of the ticket without having to pay an additional fare. Restrictions on when you can travel with this ticket may apply to both the outward and return journeys - please check before travelling
Small Group Day ticket are refundable. If you decide not to use some or all of your ticket (s) to make all or part of your intended journey then you can get a refund by returning your unused ticket to the ticket office or place of purchase (for tickets bought via websites, telesales or travel agents) within 28 days of the ticket expiry date.
You may be required to pay an administration fee (up to a maximum of £5 per ticket). The refund amount will normally take into account any use you have made of the ticket and in some circumstances no refund will be paid.
If the number of tickets requested for refund reduces the group size that travel to below 3 (1 or 2 travelers), then the undiscounted Standard Day return ticket price will be used to calculate journeys made.
