A ticket may be issued:
7-Day Seasons & Travelcards
Period Seasons & Travelcards
(including Annual & Gold Cards)

A ticket may be issued:
7-Day Seasons & Travelcards

If buying a physical Season Ticket or Travelcard for the first time, a recent passport-type photograph for the accompanying photocard may be required.
In addition, if buying a monthly or longer Season Ticket for the first time, an application form may need to be completed so that a record can be held by the issuing retailer.
Season Ticket holders' names and addresses are recorded, as well as the validity of the Season Ticket.
If the Season Ticket held does not cover the journey in full, has been left at home or is for Standard Class accommodation when travelling in First Class, the appropriate additional ticket must be purchased at the ticket office before travel.
Season Tickets and Travelcards can be amended during the validity to extend or decrease the area of validity. See Season Ticket Terms and Conditions for details
If you no longer need your Season Ticket or Travelcard, it can be returned to the original retailer to be refunded. All Season Ticket or Travelcards must still be within their period of validity to be refunded (exceptions for sickness do not apply on evidence of non-use). You should be aware that a physical Season Ticket or Travelcard will need to be surrendered back to the original issuer, so a refund should only be requested once you have finished using it.
Any refund is calculated from the date after the Season Ticket or Travelcard was returned, and will be the difference between the price paid and the cost of a ticket or tickets for the period for which you have actually used the Season Ticket or Travelcard, up to and including the date a refund is requested. There may also be an administration charge of no more than £10. Because of the discounts on longer term Season Tickets and Travelcards, refunds are not made pro rata to the periods before and after surrender, and annual Season Tickets or Travelcards may have no cash value after 10 months and 12 days.
For Season Tickets or Travelcards held on a smartcard or mobile device, contact the original retailer for advice.
Season Tickets and Travelcards can be bought at staffed ticket offices and online.
7-Day Season Tickets and Travelcards can also be bought at most self-service ticket machines.
PLEASE NOTE: Travelcard Seasons valid solely within the London Zones can only be issued on Oyster or train company-issued Smartcard. They are no longer available as a physical 'paper' ticket.
